We want you to love your Travelpro® gear, which is why we offer a 100-day trial period on all luggage and accessories. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return your unused items for a full refund within 100 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal; a small return shipping fee will be deducted from your final refund amount.

• 3.
  Pack Your Gear

  Place the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all hangtags are attached, and secure the prepaid label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to any authorized carrier drop-off location and keep your tracking number handy while we process your refund within 7-10 business days.
